Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
We accept payment via: Cash, Checks and Credit Cards. NOTE: If paying by credit card, there will be a 3.5% fee that will be added to cover the processing fees associated with accepting credit card payments.
Our schedule, normally, is filled up one- to two-weeks in advance (sometimes longer) so, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you please give us at least 24 hours of advance notice. If we know that there is a cancellation ahead of time, we can usually fill the opening in our schedule as we frequently have customers who would like to get in sooner if possible.
Excessive pet hair, debris removal, interior stains, tar, tree sap, and excessive gravel dust will require extra time to address resulting in extra fees. When these extras fees exceed $25 we will notify the customer and get their permission to proceed.
If you have a concern regarding possible excessive fees being added to your detailing cost, please email your vehicle's photos to ron@jansendetailing.com.
We do ask that all personal belongings are removed when having any interior detailing performed.
Due to liability and insurance purposes, we are not able to uninstall or reinstall any type of car seats. If they are unattached and left in vehicle, we will put them aside during the detailing and place them back in the vehicle when finished.
Please remove your steering wheel cover and/or all of your seat covers if you would like those areas to be detailed.
